Hello internet! Today, it's Jophie. Hope everyone is doing well. Sadly, we haven't been too well ourself. Honestly, I'd typically not like to make my/our second post in our journal a vent, but it's been hectic lately.

In short, we've been staying with friends for the past few months. While it's not an ideal situation, it's better than the alternative. Plus, I'm super thankful that I have such amazing friends who are willing to let me stay with them, while I get back on my own feet. I have a job now, so I've been saving up steadily.

But it's been tough though. I hadn't had a steady job for months, and now I'm doing customer service, which sucks as usual. Not to mention the place I work is 45 minutes away, so I'm wasting way too much gas for the commute. Adding on some other anxieties, and now I'm in the middle of a dissociative episode. I'm just glad I'm in a community of people who care about me enough to house me. I just hope I can find my own place soon...

But in other news, we have a new headmate! She's co-fronting at the moment, so she's absolutely influencing this post. We suspect that she formed due to the trauma of... Everything that's been happening lately. She wants to post something herself later, so after I post this, I'll let her write something up.

We also played the recent Deltarune chapter! I know that it was devisive, but I actually quite enjoyed it! The gameplay was fun, the characters charming as always, and the story was engaging. I know that a lot of people are upset because it didn’t move along the overarching plot, but honestly, after the loredump of chapter 4? I think we needed one last fun adventure, a calm before the inevitable storm of the future chapters. Also, something something Jarona.

Honestly, with the new Deltarune chapter out, it kinda got me back into undertale, which in turn, also got me back into the Mother series, my favorite games of all time. I'm planning to replay Earthbound and Mother 3. (I've already finished my replay of Earthbound Beginnings.)

So website creation huh? Being completely honest, I know absolutely ZERO about html, or coding in general honestly. I just picked up a free template (Credit to aeon flexx (dead girl) for creating a banger template.), and went crazy. This has been a difficult, but fun experience. Half of my time working on this website was playing around to see what does what, and what breaks what. There are still a few issues and glitches (especially with the music player), but the site should work fine. I think... (Maybe I shouldn't say shit like that, it is friday the 13th after all...)

I'm going to leave it vague as to who's writing this first one. Mostly because I don't want an argument in the headspace as to "who gets to post first". This way technically, nobody, and everybody posts first. Although, one of us might make an entry later on. There is a lot that we want to talk about. Recently we've been getting *really* into castlevania, so we might yap about that later on. Otherwise, until next time!
